I had this for breakfast this morning and I am still thinking about it! I love me a good smoothie.
I seem to go back and forth on whether or not to add spinach to my smoothies. Some days I really like it and others not so much. But when I made this one I was hooked! It will definitely be added into my smoothie rotation.

Green Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup almond milk {I use the unsweented Vanilla}
3/4 cup vanilla yogurt {I use Light and Fit}
1 frozen banana
handful of spinach leaves
dash of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon ground flax meal
Directions
Add all of your ingredients to your blender. Pulse until it is the consistency you prefer. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
