I am trucking right along with my stack of Jodi Picoult books. I am enjoying them immensely and have finished quite a few of them.

Plain Truth is about an Amish girl, Katie, that finds herself in a sticky situation. Not only has she gotten pregnant out of wedlock but she finds herself on trial for the baby’s murder!
She is being defended by her “cousin”, Ellie, who is doing the trial only as a favor to their shared aunt. Ellie, trying to get away from the big city and find out who she really is, ends up living with Katie and her family. She and Katie find themselves becoming friends as the trial unfolds and the story surrounding the baby unveils. So many twists and turns which I have come to expect and love from Picoult.
I was completely engrossed in this book and although I knew how it ended already, {I watched the lifetime movie} I couldn’t put it down.
